The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed (Super Fast) movement technique.By using the Body Flicker Technique, a ninja can move shortly to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported with this Technique. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the elevation and overall distance between the user and the intended destination.
1 – Third Raikage
the Third Raikage make the technique, it looked like a bolt of lightning disappeared and appeared from the area.
2 – Fourth Raikage
The Fourth Raikage often combined the Body Flicker Technique with his Lightning Release Chakra Mode which allowed him to dodge Sasuke Uchiha Amaterasu in Fight.
3 – Shisui Uchiha
Shisui Uchiha was feared as the Shisui the Teleporter “Shisui of the Body Flicker” (Shunshin no Shisui, 瞬身のシスイ) whenever he uses this technique, Shisui would fade away from sight, and leaving no trace of his, Shisui was also able to generate clones through the technique.Shisui could leave behind multiple tangible after-images that could strike with the actual force and could also move undetected by the sensor ninja. In battle, his speed was shown to be able to seamlessly dodge barrages of projectiles from his enemy and likewise outpace them. He was also a skillful taijutsu user, being able to defeat Itachi Uchiha in several sparring matches.
