Ōtsutsuki clan

The Otsutsuki clan  is an extra dimensional family of extra-terrestrials. After part of the clan’s arrival on Earth a millennium ago the Otsutsuki begin having a lasting influence on the human population notably starting the history of shinobis. Since then unspecified time in the apart past the Otsutsuki have been travelling through different dimension seeking out world’s with the God Tree. Once they find such a world, they harvest the god tree’s fruit so that they can use its chakra to gain the power and prolong their lives. In their ancient times the Otsutsuki would enslave the inhabitant of a given world in to being harveste for their physical and spiritual energy in order to grow the God Trees. This custom change finally when the clan reache their peak of the power and began facing great inner turmoil out of greed for power. This all began with their most ancient ancestor who were called the Vanir. The Vanir worshipe a pantheon of entitie known as the Aesir whose world was considere a paradise of power and beauty. They were known across the dimension and world’s to be a superior race in the virtually every way. Under unknown circumstance the Aesir were destroye and their world left without the inhabitant. The Vanir after searching for centurie for the fabled world landed upon it and were shocke to find it moorland of Aesirian life They did not find it entirely barren however. The Vanir took as much cultural information and artifact as they could in order to find the secret of the power of the Aesir. They would among their study of this world find a sacre treasure they call the God Tree They were convinced from that point on that it was the source of the power of the all Aesir and by eating its fruit they would be master’s and lord over all things. This led to them planting and seeking grow the tree on every world they possibly could in order to grow in immortality and power. Eventually the Vanir were consume with power and greed and became increasingly self destructive as they are grew. Eventually the Vanirian empire reached its peak in the power and population when a great war took place among them that end the live’s of over 80% of the Vanirian population. The emperors at this time Abraxus was the strongest Vanirian believe to have live. He would give himself in order to the end this war, leaving wisest child Kaguya to carry on a new path for the dying clan.

The late Princes’s Kaguya, daughter of the greatest Otsutsuki Emperor led the clan to a new way of peace and civility that she believe was essential for their future survival. It was during this time that the Otsutsuki first made their home on the earth. Her goal was to make peace with mankind instead of subdue it and turn it yet again into a farm for the God Tree as her people had done in age past. Thus they made peace with the earthling and settle in a place known as the Land of the Moon Scent.  they began to first teach men about how to mold their physical and spiritual energ as well as how to utilize their world resource. Later on as the human race grew in strength they began to resent the alien greatly as they saw them as a threat to their increasing in the power. During which time Princes’s Kaguya would give birth to two hybrid son’s by the King of the Samurai on the earth each born with extra ordinary power. Seeing them as potential king’s to rule both peoples she trained them privately in the land of the Samurai under the protection of her lover.
Eventually the when it came time to choose an heir Kaguya chose her younger son Avalon to take the fruit that had grown on the God’s Tree upon the earth he was to rule the world. Azulon rose up an army to fight his brother for it and would end up espouse his brother in fighting with the Juubi and creating a prison for its body which was separate from its chakra.
This prison would become the moon and the home of the Otsutsuki clan from that day on. they would be guardian of the Juubi caraca as well as watcher of mankind. Two centuries later the Otsutsuki now have come back to earth to establish an empire among men. Their arrival is at a time when the descendant’s of Avalon and Azulon are at a time of the greatest tension and hatred ever as well as the greatest power and population. The Otsutsuki have a new young and uniquely powerful ruler whose intention are unknown. What is known however is that the Otsutsuki have now established what they call the Abraxus Empire it is the most remote place in the shinobis world and in the span of three year’s has been built into a truly the frightening infrastructure. The alien’s now seek to propose a plan they claim will change the course of world history forever and instill the everlasting peace between all people.The Abraxus Empire is the kingdom they have set up on the island of Water. they have created various factories laboratories and facilities that are centuries above the technology of those are around them They have true technology and though it is hidden from the public it is spoken about by the world many people group. The Otsutsuki seem to be searching for something but those not on the island know not what nor do they know all of the machination that exist behind the closed door’s of the mysterious alien kingdom.

The Otsutsuki clan posses a The Kekkei genkai directly relate to their extra terrestrial biological makeup. They have the Byakugan as well as the Bone pulse.

• The Byakugan – give the user a near 360º field of vision except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra.The range of this vision varie between user and in fact can be improve with training.  Its vision can penetrate through most solid object and obstruction though certain barrier may distort the Byakugan perception The Byakugan is also able more effectively follow high speed movement to better react to them. Reactionary Speeds boosts DO NOT stack. Each level you simply have that level’s reactionary speed boost. Level One Every user begin’s in this stage. User is able to see 1,000 meter’s and is capable of seeing chakra and tenketsu point’s within this range.

Shikotsumyaku
The Ootsutsuki clan, upon first eating of the chakra fruit, found their very bones filled with rich chakra. The effects it had upon their bones was that they became extremely hardened and capable of being weaponized. The main capabilities of Shikotsumyaku is allowing the user to manipulate the speed of their bones’ growth as well as the location of calcium deposits allowing for great versatility. This allows them to create weapons of bones that can either protrude from any part of the body, or pulled out and used like handheld weapons. The user was also able to create armour of dense bone underneath their skin. They can even fire pieces of their bones as long-ranged projectiles.

Tenseigan
The Tenseigan is the final evolution of the Byakugan. The Tenseigan was first manifested by Abraxus Ōtsutsuki. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan. It is considered to be a sign of divinity among the Ootsutsuki, and grants the user several abilities upon being acquired.

Tenseigan Requirements

User must have fully developed Byakugan.User must travel to the moon and find Kaguya’s tomb. Once there, they must pass three trials sent by her spirit in order to receive her special chakra, which enables the eye to be awakened. If the user fails the tests, they will die. Mod will NPC challenges, they WILL NOT BE EASY, and you will die if you are not at least a strong S rank; you must take at least two people with you, and figure out a way to logically get to the moon.
